Welcome

Welcome to The Kingman Mohave Lions Club!

The Kingman Lions Club has been in operation since 1963. During over 60 years of service we have been involved in hundreds of state, local, and international Lions projects.

Free or Discounted Eyeglasses Assistance Program:
A primary and ongoing project for the Kingman Mohave Lions Club has been providing free or discounted eye exams and eyeglasses for children and adults in the Kingman area who cannot afford them.

Other Club Projects:
Some recent contributions and programs from our club include college scholarships for high school seniors and health and vision screening clinics at community events.

Our Club sponsors a Leos Club providing local area  youth with opportunities to serve their community while developing their interpersonal and leadership skills through projects such as Christmas stockings for the homeless, greeting cards for residents in care facilities, Christmas caroling at such facilities, and community cleanup projects.

At the regional, national, and international level our Club also participates in the Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation to provide eye surgeries and collect used eyeglasses to be recycled for use here in Arizona and around the world.

Arizona Lions have been recycling used eyeglasses for over 20 years. With the help of the community, our Club processes about 3,000 eye glasses annually and the Lions Vision Center processes over 250,000 pairs of eyeglasses annually.
